What an excellent dining experience we had at this restaurant. The wait for a table in the dining room was 30 minutes, but we were offered "ring side" seats at the counter that faces the open kitchen. If you're ever offered this option, go for it. You get to watch the kitchen prepare the food, the cooks talk with you & the service is amazingly fast. Not only was it entertaining, the food was wonderful. When the kitchen became less busy, the head chef/owner actually came over to talk to our family & even sent us a free dessert!
Manager checked in on us twice to make sure we were doing well. The server was top notch and the food was great. We had 3 kids with us and they brought the kids food before the adults without even being asked - very thoughtful. Finally, the server brought out some dough for the kids to play with and make their own little pizzas, again, how thoughtful. What a great place to bring the family for a quiet and delicious Italian meal.
Our dinner last night was fantastic! From our food being cooked to perfection, to our server Nick exemplifying pride in his service, to the GM making sure we were satisfied. We've been to many in NY and FL - this location by far the best. We will be back as we visit our son, a coach at Endicott College, often. Thanks to all of you, Angela

The food was some of the best Italian.. in the area... Every thing was cooked perfectly..This was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I've had in years... everyone was super nice.... and it didn't hurt that the GM.... and head Chef came out to greet our table...
We've always liked Carrabba's menu/food & try to eat at one of their restaurants every few months. However, this particular restaurant was probably one of the friendliest & cleanest of their restaurant chain & most enjoyable Carrabba's dining experiences we've ever had. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal the next time you visit Peabody!
