Ok so I highly recommend the location on Route 1 Peabody! Much better atmosphere and try their pizza!!!! Margarita is so delish!

Good food and kid friendly! Ask the waitress to bring your kids a dough ball to play with. All the employees seemed to be in good moods which is always nice to see. Only negative was that it was really drafty and cold in the first seat we were in. We mentioned it to the waitress and we were seated in a different section without any problems.
Would like to start off saying that hosting a 21 person banquet at this Bertucci's location has been the best experience. Gary, the manager is very diligent and extremely helpful. My sister and I hosted our father's surprise 60th birthday here with family and EVERYTHING from the initial planning, to the food, to the service, to the room was just wonderful! Our server Cheryl was lovely and really prompt, as were all of the other assisting servers. As a former waitress myself, I will say, I've never been so happy to have such an all-around satisfying experience! We purchased the Thyme meal plan (as listed on their website) and all of the 21 guests raved about how amazing the pizzas and food tasted!! So worth the price! That being said, anyone in the Peabody or surrounding areas who are looking to host a 20-30 person party or even for a nice quiet dinner out, I highly recommend this Bertucci's location. If all the other locations are as great as this one, I'd recommend visiting them too! Thanks again Gary & Cheryl, looking forward to visiting again soon!
Not a good night, the meals took forever and were below average at best. They had no more rolls and all I wanted was a second soda but I couldn't even get that in a timely manner. The waitress was very friendly despite the the bad experience. Will not be going back anytime soon.
