Stayed here over Halloween and they were very accommodating. They provided us with candy and a pamphlet of things happening around that day. Room was clean and room service was quick.
We had to change room 2 times due to dirty sheets. The second room had bug shells on the blankets. When they came to check the room, the man stated "those just look like little bugs, nothing to worry about" crumpled up the bug shells and paper and put in his pocket. My daughter had 8+ bites before leaving the hotel, and management stated there was no problem. Sheets where dirty with lint, dust and stains all over them. And staff saw no problem with it. We will never stay in a marriott again.
Staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was great and accomidating (switched breakfast meats with potatoes since we're vegans). Room was clean and neat. Pool and hot tub area were clean. About 15 minutes away from shopping store as well as Salem. Our stay was great overall.
Great, great room with a bed that must have been made somewhere similar to heaven. The food and drink at the bar and restaurant were delicious as well, outshined only by the staff's attention to detail and the genuine interaction they have with their guests. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. ☆☆☆☆☆
This hotel was very nice. The food was great, staff was awesome and the room and the whole hotel was so clean which is super important for me. The beds were also very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Keep up the good work!
