If I could give my experience 0 stars I would! My husband and I shop here frequently for tools, appliances, etc and after my experience today I will not be returning! Manager Ericko is so unprofessional and unbelievably rude! He gives a long standing and reputable store a TERRIBLE name! Lazy and arrogant is an understatement!! I was trying to purchase a coat that was marked incorrectly and labeled more than the sign says and he refused to check the price, he very rudely after back and forth arguing and eye rolling on his behalf told us to check in the men's clothing section even though the coat was found in the tools section. I refused to buy the coat and was appalled that he would not send an associate to check if he was too lazy to check. Even a store associate as I was walking out knew the price of the coat was marked incorrectly! I will never go back!

I found that the Sales associates in the mens department have very little people skills. At least the one I had today. When a sales associates or cashier makes a mistake the customer shouldn't have to suffer the consequences.

Just walk into the store and experience it for yourself. This department store has a lot of room for improvement, and it could start by hiring management that actually wanted to be there. Purchasing a mattress through Sears was one of the worst retail experiences that I've ever had, but it was a learning experience for me and I hope it was for Sears as well.

Dynamite Gold Mine! Awesome Clothes and Clean Store with Great Prices! Don't listen to Negative people . Take it from me. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. This store is a hidden gem.

I am so ashamed of the place my dad devoted his life too! I have a problem that only the manager can solve and I have already been to the store twice only to be told there is no one there to help me. They make me run all around the store with my bad hip and call code 2 and finally someone comes out. Then they listen to my whole story about my three hip replacements and how hard I tried to make the exercise bike work because I need it to rehab my upcoming hip replacement. The bike is too hard for me to pedal and I specifically chose it because the one in the store was perfect. When I got it home and put it together it was too hard to pedal. This was very difficult for me with 4 joint replacements and another one scheduled, but I really wanted this to work. When it was too hard, I tried to adjust it, but didn't have the right size socket wrench. I bought the one it said in the book and it was the wrong size. I called and they couldn't tell me which size and said it needs 4-6 weeks to break in. how can I break it in if I can't ride it? I was determined to loosen it. I tried an entire set of socket wrenches and none of them worked. I finally got my landlord to do it and it didn't work. So I got someone to put it in my car and went back to the store. While I was waiting for help, I tried the floor model and it worked fine. I really need this bike, so I thought it be worth trading my brand new bike for this worn out floor model even though it was worn and selling for $50 less. They have no more in stock. I have told my story to several managers there and they all listen sympathetically and then say they can't do anything because they don't have the authority. I have been there twice and have to go again with no idea if there will be someone there to help me. Since it is hard for me to get to the mall and walk around the store, I tried to call and see when the manager would be there, but couldn't get anyone on the phone. Now I have to go there again and run around the store with my bad hip to try and find someone to help me, call code 2 and stand there with my bad hip. Hard to believe that there is no manager on duty with the authority to make a return past 30 days, no one to call and no help for a handicapped person. My dad must be rolling over in his grave!
