My mom comes here to shop before Mother's Day at the end of every April.
Only one I have gone to that has a much bigger selection of casuals for bigger women! I just wish there was the same for the sizev18s as there is for 18W!
We ordered a refrigerator that was on sale. We received an email saying that there was "an issue" with our payment via paypal. We called customer service and they said we had "until midnight today" to fix the issue. We called paypal and they stated to us there was no issue with payment and emailed us a confirmation of the "sale". However JCP STILL canceled the order...so we decided to REORDER it...but found that the price had GONE UP BY $150.00 in one day! The old bait and switch by JCP...they didn't want to honor their advertised price so they lied about us having a payment issue.
Did super well here shopping for dresses for proms and for semi-formal dances. Good selection, helpful if busy staff. Can't beat the prices.
I usually buy my summer clothing here. They have some good sales. The sales staff is never to be found. You are pretty much on your own - I don't mind.
