Great service. Felt very comfortable and welcomed and cared for by the whole staff. Would certainly come back and recommend them to my friends and family.
I was very hesitant to go to a new dentist but I was very happy I chose Cross Street Family Dentistry. The whole staff from the receptionist, office manager, hygienist and Dr. Hong were simply wonderful and welcoming. They were very considerate of my concerns with having dental work done. Kelly the hygienist is fantastic. She took her time with the cleaning. She was very detailed, friendly and informative. Dr. Hong was wonderful. Getting dental work done can be nerve wracking but he def put me at ease and made sure to keep checking that I was not in pain. I would def recommend them over and over again.
Have been going to Cross Street Dentistry for years! No complaints. Kelli the hygienist is always a pleasure to go see!! Would highly recommend this place.
Dentist Great. Office Staff not so great. Love Dr Hong very good dentist does very good work. I had a dental plan that they are listed as taking. I was told by office they did not take the plan. Had the plan call them direct. They called and let me know they did indeed take the plan. I've had this plan for over 10 years and the previous Dentist that owned Cross Street took it all the time. I had two fillings done last year and staff charged me full price of procedure. Two very very expensive fillings. I than had a root canal at another office and went back to Cross Street after having dental plan call them to finish up the work. I was told by staff I had to pay full price! And they were not bound to accept the dental plan I have even though they are listed. They would reimburse me after checking with the plan. That I would not be reimbursed for the previous work already done even though I was covered. I received a check in about a week. All I'm going say is I was VERY disappointed. The dental plan I have says it covers %50 -%60 of procedures. I even offered to print out fee schedule for them. Which they declined. I got back less than 5%. I am sorry to leave this Dentist he is very good and skilled in his work. It's an office I've been going to for over 20 years and will miss it. I am not paying for insurance that the front office has no idea of how it works or are unwilling to take. I would recommend this Dentist 100% but make sure the office takes your insurance.
If I could write a book of how awesome this place is, I would. I hate going to the dentist (mostly because my teeth are super sensitive, and Novocain wears off so quickly on me). I had to, unfortunately, get a ton of work done, which I'm sure is because of me skipping out on the dentist for quite a few years. I was so nervous, but Dr. Hong is so caring and always made sure I was okay, and kept making sure I wasn't in pain (which I REALLY appreciated because of my Novocain problem!!!). Everyone that works there is just so nice, and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to get work done on their teeth, or even just a cleaning!! I will never go anywhere else, and I am so happy I found them!!
