I went to aspen dental for xrays on 12/28 after not having been to a dentist in 3 years. Instead of being judgmental or criticizing, they just said they are happy I'm here. Mavis took my xrays and she was awesome. Very kind and patient and offered to get me water when the extra spit made me cough. They sat down with me and explained what work they would like to do and why it is important to do before the situation gets worse. The entire staff from the receptionist to the woman who helped me schedule my follow ups were all so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Peabody to a friend :)
It's a mixed review. First of all, I went in for a pain caused by my wisdom tooth. The doctor suggested removal of that teeth which my overseas doctor has advised me to do. After that a bunch of "wellness" were added like to remove all four my wisdom teeth at once, at a co-pay of a grand plus. And deep cleaning of the tooth socket also was suggested at an extra of $3600. The clinic lost focus of my problem and was trying to get me paid for everything and the estimates were very high. Declined it all. Guess they must solve primary problem, and suggest further procedure. Not all at once and estimates were way higher
I love this place! The whole team is amazing and I highly recommend it!
I have had nothing but poor experiences with this office. During our first appointment, all they did was an exam, when it was supposed to be a cleaning (when we arrived they claimed that they wouldn't have time to do the cleaning that day). Then my wife had her wisdom teeth removed, for which they over billed us by $1k, and it took 6 months to get it refunded; with no interest. Now, we are trying to get a cleaning, and they won't allow us to do so, because it's not in the order of the "treatment plan" that they lined out for us (without any consultation). Needless to say, we will not be returning.
