I have been with Simply Self Storage in Peabody, MA for the past several years. I have HIGHLY recommended this facility and will continue to.
First off I'd like to start by saying Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable in her business here. It's my first time renting a storage unit, and couldn't be happier with simply self storage. Things were very simply and straight forward as they should be. Dana got me set up in a matter of no time, highly recommend this location. Not like other shady storage places in this area, property is always well kept and maintained as well, which is a big plus!
The property manager Dana is very professional and accommodating. This facility deserves many more that 5 stars.

Danna helped me select the best unit for my needs. I am a return customer and a return customer for a reason. She was very helpful and even helped me select a unit close to the front of the building and door to make my move easier. She also took the time to connect on a personal level, asking questions about my life and needs when it came to selecting a unit. I recommend Simply Self Storage.
