I went into the store to see if they had a specific sneaker I saw online. I found the sneaker however the price online was on sale for 92.99 in store the same sneaker was 110.00. I brought this to the store employees attention they confirmed I was right and they would price match it. Didn't fix the one in the store if I didn't do my research beforehand I wouldn't of known and paid more. Next they didn't have my size, they informed me I could order it. I went to the woman working on Sunday morning on March 26th she said "I can't help you order this online" I asked how come and he response was "I don't know" very very rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I asked if she could help show me how I can put in my military discount online so I could just order it myself and obviously pay for shipping (whereas if I ordered it from the store it would of been free) she sorta tried to help but again couldn't do it for me. I walked out of that store for the last time. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING!
Also when I went to checkout the price was higher than the sticker suggested. Hopefully it is just this store will not be returning.
Not sure about the foot locker brand as a whole but this store was not a good first experience. The manager and employees were rude and slow to work.
I wish you would open a bigger location in andover, but awesome staff and nice shoes for basketball
