i have always been treated in the best possible way by both the doctors whom have treated me. I even look forward tom seeing them!

Overall, good quality of doctors but it is not worth dealing with the administration. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The doctors of sports medicine north are very knowledgeable, however, the administrative side is not helpful at all.

I give 2 stars because, yes, some of the Drs may be good but the place is ran terribly. Secretary can be rude, they really don't care about any paper you may have or how important it is. They have a 3 week wait on all paper work to be processed regardless the urgency you may have from a disability company or what not. Hate going here but they have good surgeons. But this place needs new polices, they are extremely expensive as well and in some cases want you to prepay before surgeries !

While the doctor we met with was easy to talk to, nothing else has been easy. After over 48 hours since our surgery appointment, we still don't have a surgery date (over a week since accident). The website has many broken links, loads slowly and information was difficult to find. The phone system leads you through multiple layers of automation, without an option to speak to someone even when the listed options don't really fit the reason you called. The voice mail system cuts you off before you can leave a message and did not revert to a menu.

The entire staff has been extremely dismissive and rude and not willing to help what so ever in getting my medical paperwork that I need to attend MEPS for the military. I drove from maine to have my surgery and have tried many things to get my medical paperwork from my surgery faster. Offered to pay for expedited shipping, offered to have my dad drive in and pick it up etc... and they are not willing to help what so ever. You would think that it wouldnt be extremely hard to open a file and print it. I have contacted my other orthopedic surgeons and my filed were sent within 24 hours no problem, one of which is a much busier office than sports medicine north.

After a long period of extreme discomfort. I researched Orthopedic Doctors in and around Boston. I received such Excellent medical care from Dr Hugh O'Flynn prior to and for my follow ups from a HIP replacement implant, that I returned as soon as allowed to have the other side done. I now live my life Pain Free thanks to the doctors care!
