After having our moving truck was given away and unable to move my stuff into my originally planned storage unit. On the biggest moving day of the year mind you. After non stop google searches, I discovered this storage place only up the block from me in a rear side unit of another building. I'm amazed I've never seen this place before and I've on this street for two years. Jamie was a lifesaver. After going around 6pm, he showed us the unit and how the rates. Although we want to move that day, he expertly explained the rules and hours and saved us an extra 89 dollars since it would of been the last day of the month we would had to pay for the whole month. He reserved the unit for us and told us to come back when he opened tomorrow at 9. We did and he told us the elevator broke and he knew how quickly we needed to start moving stuff. So he gave us a bigger unit on the ground floor for the same price. Jamie was so professional and caring. We had been having the worst day and he made it.
Been using this storage facility for three years. Very happy with hours unit is available and the employees are friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
