Went here to get a ring for my girlfriend the stone fell out of the ring with in a week then I reordered another costing me 30 bucks.. the stone then fell out again.. this time when I reordered in came in the mail damaged... after sending it back again.. the stone fell out yet again... 4 times I had to send the ring back. Fed up with the place will never shop at kay again I should of went to Jared.
If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding bands and decided to try Kay's. It was a Saturday morning, and the store was busy. When we walked in, no one made eye contact with us or said "hello, we will be with you in a few minutes." Nothing. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we left. We didn't expect to be waited on immediately, but still - it's not that hard to acknowledge a customer. Walked across the mall and purchased our wedding bands at Zales and had a MUCH better experience.
