This place is a hidden gem. I get bikini waxes and my nails done there fairly regularly. They are inexpensive and it is one of the least-painful waxes I've ever had. The price reflects the atmosphere; it's not a grand, fancy spa, but they do good work and it is clean. The only reason they don't get a five-star rating is due to their staff never really having it together. Nobody ever seems to know what's going on, and it does take a little while to get your service started. But again, for these prices, I can deal.
Terrible customer service. It is always understaffed. Every time I go in it takes 3 people to get shellac done on me. None of them communicate towards what I want. They skimp on the amount of gel they apply, you can see your actual nail through the paint sometimes. This may be towards some nail technicians than others. They rush you out. They're rude. Today I was kicked out of the chair, mind you I was already sitting there for at least 5 min and he had already brought over my nail color. He comes over and tells me I need to wait 30 min because a Caucasian female walks in 5 min after me. Unbelievable place. They don't care about anyone but the money they're making.
I used to be a frequent custom here. In the beginning I loved it. Prices were fair, decor was nice. I am not sure what has changed but this is ABSOLUTELY the worst place I will never go to again. I was there this past weekend for pedi and shellac. I was left (purposely I believe) in the water for a pedicure SO long, the water actually got cold. Now for someone who was having a bad already and just wanted to be pampered , I was on the verge of tears. I was not spoken to during my whole visit. Any means of communication was done through grunts and pointed fingers. My shellac peeled after FIVE days, and I'm pretty good at upkeep. Not to mention, she was so tough that my cuticles are still peeling. Please keep driving, this is by far the rudest salon I've ever been too.
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I had the man do my manicure. He rushed through the whole thing and the place was empty. He cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut. I had clear gel on that was peeling and he didn't even bother taking it off. He painted new polish right over it. Five of my nails were bumpy .I went back the next day and had them do all of them over again. Should of listen to my daughter she warned me they rush you.
I have been going here for 5 years and I have to say the last year it has been Horrible!!!! After today I WILL NEVER come back!!! I made an appointment and came a little early. The owner yelled across the shop we have no time now.! Then she came over and said maybe you wait after your appointment time?? I said no I will find another place and she had no problem at all with losing a customer that has been loyal. The last time I spent $100 here and my daughters fingernails and toenails peeled off the next day. My other daughter had her tips fall off. Needless to say it's been just horrible. Emily needs to learn to be a better business owner
