Petals provided my husband and I with our flowers for our New Years Eve wedding this year. Cindy was so wonderful to work with leading up to the day of our wedding. She was incredibly responsive to emails/calls etc, and even took time to meet with me a couple of times when I decided to change my flower arrangements. She has a beautiful aesthetic and was instrumental in helping me design my dream bouquets, centerpieces and ceremony arrangements.
Our flowers were spectacular, breath taking, stunning, elegant and simply amazing. Words cannot even describe how beautiful the flowers looked. I spent a lot of time agonizing over what I wanted and what Cindy delivered was better than I could have dreamed. Every orchid was lush and in perfect condition, every bloom open and gorgeous. I honestly cried when I saw my bouquets, and again when I saw the centerpieces and ceremony flowers. They were just so stunning. The flowers were very important to me and Petals did not fail to deliver nothing shy of perfection. I simply cannot say how happy I am that we used Cindy and Petals for our wedding. She helped make our wedding day dreams come true.
HAD PETALS FLORIST IN PEABODY DO MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. OUTSIDE OF A FEW MINOR MISTAKES THAT PETALS RECTIFIED QUICKLY. THE FLOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND CINDY AND HER STAFF WENT OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF FLORIST VENDOR TO MAKE MY DAUGHTERS DAY VERY MEMORABLE THE GUEST COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT THE TALL ELABORATE CENTERPIECES ON THE TABLES AND ALL THE LITTLE EXTRAS CINDY AND HER STAFF DID TO MAKE THINGS IN THE HALL LOOK PICTURE PERFECT. THEY KEPT ASKING WHO MY FLORIST WAS. SHE EVEN DECORATED AROUND THE BAR WITH BEAUTIFUL BUD VASES AND AROUND THE ICE LUGE WITH FLOWER, AND PUT PETALS ON THE GENERATION TABLE, GIFT TABLE. IT LOOKED GORGEOUS. SHE DID MORE THAN I COULD OF ASKED FOR. A BIG THANK YOU TO CINDY AND HER WONDERFUL STAFF FOR ALL THEIR HARD WORK..... SHE ALSO DID MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING SHOWER AND I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH OF HOW BEAUTIFUL THE FLOWERS AND EVERY THING SHE DID WAS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, CINDY IS VERY THOROUGH.

Twice I called Petals to order flowers to be delivered and both times it was difficult just placing the orders. I can't understand why it is do difficult to take orders in a professional way. Immediately when I was told by the woman why I was being so difficult I told her I would be ordering elsewhere.
Petals Inc did the flowers for my wedding. They did a beautiful job on the bouquets and table arrangements, but forgot about some of the smaller things, like the greens I wanted mixed in with the rose petals on the tables, roses for my flowergirls' hair, and the orchards for my hair, which they ended up having to run back to the store for. And, the flowers on my cake consisted of two orchards on the top and that was it, which was definitely not the plan. I called to discuss it with them and the woman I had worked with said she would call me back and never did. I was little disappointed, so be sure to go over every detail with them if you work with them.
