I left the store and went to another location, specifically because of his attitude.
If I could rate negative stars, I would. Had them send me a set of drums to California. I was very specific in how to package them in order to arrive without damage (and paid A LOT of money to send them). Instead, they did not put any packing popcorn or material in between each drum (which they said they would), and so they all arrived incredibly scratched up. VERY UPSET.
Tom had a sour, grumpy attitude, seemed bothered by having to help me, and did not seem to care about my needs.

He was the opposite of warm and fuzzy when I walked in. No other customers were in the store, and I got a look from the worker (Tom) that definitely told me to go somewhere else.
I never write reviews, but there was a particular worker that just rubbed me the wrong way.
No one wants to do business with the grinch.
Associates are the face and representation of your business, and my experience was a big thumbs down. A better attitude from Tom would have made my experience tolerable.
