Dr Rodman is a great doctor, and his office runs like a well oiled machine, but, the wait time is unacceptable. On two recent appointments one at 1pm, we were seen after waiting 15 min. then the nurse dilated my dads eyes and sent us back to the waiting room, whereby 2 more patients were seen by Dr Rodmam, At approx. 2:45 pm we were called in to see Dr Rodman. The second time it was one day post op for dad, again at least a 15 -20 min wait before being seen by the nurse, who again puts drops in his eyes and back to the waiting room, dad then waited another 40 min before being called in. Dr Rodman then spent no more than 5-7 min with dad, said everything was great and he was all set. The office should not be double booking patients.
Wonderful office. We have been coming here for almost two years. They are very well informed. Dr Rodman was able to quickly prevent blindness due to an eye inflammation. Would recommend this office 100%
