Emily went out of her way to be so super helpful! I spent all day trying to get the Black Friday 4 shirt deal and was having no luck because they were pretty much sold out of my husband's size. Emily located 4 shirts for me, 1 by 1, at other stores. Other Brooks Brothers' locations were not so helpful. Highest marks to Emily and I would like her Manager to know that Emily is a star!
My husband bought two dress shirts in May. He wore one of them but he waited to wear the other one (white) for my sister's wedding in October. After the wedding, my husband found that the collar inside got ripped around the seam. He went to the store today, expecting that the store would apologize for the shirt's defect, but he was treated with humiliation like a liar, being told that it looked like he wore more thna 15 times. He never wore it after the wedding and we never washed it. He did not hear any apology from Brooks Brothers in Peabody and they made many excuses not to refund or exchang. When they sold the shirts to my husband, they even tried to sell them even though they did not have right size for him. They finally ordered them from another store and delivered them to our house. Then, today the store excused that they could not refund or exchange because they did not have any records for the sale. When my husband explained they were ordered from another store, the store then, found another excuse that according to their return policy, return is only availabe within 6o days. We are just very surprised by the Brooks Brothers' poor customer service. The store blamed a customer for the factory defect shirt. Shame on you, Brooks Brothers.
