Call directly to the Peabody location, they are super friendly and helpful. If you call Audi you’ll be speaking with someone from Texas, they are nice but not as accommodating as they are at the dealer. I had a 20,000 service done on my car, the work was done quickly and my car was spotless inside and out when I got it back. A++ service
My service advisor Greg, did a great job with recommending other services that I needed for my car. He also made sure I was getting the best "bang for my buck" which can be hard to find at dealers. Tomas provided me with exceptional service over the phone, kept me updated and was very friendly. I was very pleased with the staff at Audi Peabody and the service I received. The manager should be pleased with the staffs performance.

I had a great experience shopping my new car with Audi Peabody. In particular, salesperson Hunter Bahr was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was an absolutely pleasure to work with. Hunter and I went over several options and test-drove the car - great conversations and he didn’t over-sell at all, instead listening to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, he advocated for the customer during the price negotiation process, and showed great willingness to work with me. I know shopping for cars can be stressful and unpleasant, not here and especially not with Hunter. Everyone else at Audi Peabody was nice and professional too. Highly recommend.
Excellent group of people and they all work as part of a team. Brendan Conner is a very knowledgeable guy and helped me order my car to the specs I wanted. Everything worked out smoothly, especially when it was time to pick it up. Will definitely be going back in the future. Very relaxing atmosphere too.
